There are many reasons why people choose Albuquerque as the place to call home. For many it's the fascination with the wide array of cultures coming together in this one place. The sagebrush studded land and adobe homes, combined with a long heritage of Spanish and American Indian presence, that make Albuquerque feel more "old world" or "Southwestern" than other places. For others it may be the many varieties of exciting outdoor activities that make up much of Albuquerque's way of life, January or June. Or it may be that small town feel you'll find here where people still sell firewood, pinon nuts and Christmas trees from the backs of their pick-ups along side the road. Whatever the reason, they know that life here in the land of enchantment is more than a lifestyle. It's a style of life.

Contrary to popular belief, real estate agents can't be all things to all people. It is impossible for one person to be the expert in every neighborhood and every type of property in all price ranges. My expertise is selling residential real estate on Albuquerque's North West Heights and the communities of Taylor Ranch, Ventana Ranch, Paradise Hills, Ladera Heights and Rio Rancho, where I live as well as work.

Licensed since 1986, I have taken a serious view of my business, by continually updating my education and skills. Over the years I have participated in leadership conferences, and have served as the New Mexico State Chapter President for CRS (Certified Residential Specialists). I use my experience and expertise to help others experience this Albuquerque style for themselves. I understand that Albuquerque is more than just a place to live, it's an attitude. My detailed understanding of these areas and the nature of Albuquerque's marketplace allows me to satisfy the unique requirements of home buyers and sellers alike.

    My Real Estate Philosophy

    I believe that a successful real estate transaction is one where everyone is smiling at the closing table. Where both buyer and seller feel they were treated fairly and respectfully and are happy with the outcome. Unless there is a good  reason, I will not beat any one up, simply because we're on opposite sides of a negotiation.

    I see myself as a trusted adviser, not a smiley faced salesperson. I won't tell you what you want to hear simply to get your business. However, even though I'm not shy about offering my opinion and advice (that's what you pay me for), I truly respect that you are the boss! The final decision is always yours and I will never push my agenda on you.
