I have lived on Albuquerque’s Westside since 1977 and have been marketing homes and land in this unique community since 1986 in both the good and bad times. I've succeeded in my business because I take great care of my clients, as my first priority, not as an afterthought when my prospecting is done.The clients I have today are much more important to me than the clients I hope to have tomorrow. I am enjoying a referral-based business and intend to keep it that way!

I KNOW Westside Albuquerque neighborhoods. During my career, I have sold homes in every "charming Albuquerque community and neighborhood". But contrary to popular belief, real estate agents can't be all things to all people. It is impossible for one person to be the expert in every neighborhood and every type of property in all price ranges. My expertise is selling residential real estate on Albuquerque's Northwest Heights and the communities of Taylor Ranch, Ventana Ranch, Paradise Hills, Ladera Heights and The West River Valley, where I live as well as work.  I won't be driving from Los Lunas to Placitas to Sandia Heights servicing my listings; I will be here for you.

My Real Estate Philosophy
I believe that a successful real estate transaction is one where everyone is smiling around the closing table. Where both buyer and seller feel they were treated fairly and respectfully and are happy with the outcome. Unless there is good reason, I will not beat anyone up, simply because we're on opposite sides of a negotiation.

As your consultant
I see myself as the pilot of your plane - My job is to assist you in your real estate transaction, completing the transaction in the least amount of time, with the least aggravation. I can't promise you no turbulence, but I can promise that I'll utilize my experience and expertise to take you on the smoothest flight that I can. And if we do hit turbulence, I won't bail out on you. I'll be your guide, negotiator, advisor and advocate throughout the flight until we get you safely to your destination!
